New Every Morning

New Every Morning

There’s something about mornings.

A fresh start.
A reset.
Another chance.

And whether you woke up full of faith…or carrying the weight of yesterday—God meets you the same way every time:

With new mercy.

You Didn’t Exhaust It

Some people wake up thinking they’ve used up all of God’s patience.

Like yesterday was the final straw. Like they’ve gone too far this time.

But Scripture says otherwise:

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness
.” — Lamentations 3:22–23

Not almost new.
Not running low.

New. Every. Morning.

You didn’t exhaust it yesterday.
You won’t outrun it today.

Mercy Meets You Where You Are

God’s mercy doesn’t wait for you to get it all together.

It meets you in the middle of:

Your doubts. Your failures. Your questions. Your exhaustion.

Before you fix anything… before you prove anything…

Mercy is already there.

Yesterday Doesn’t Get the Final Word

One of the biggest lies we believe is that yesterday defines today.

But God says something different.

He doesn’t carry over your failures like a balance due.

He offers a clean start. Not because you earned it—but because that’s who He is.

So whatever yesterday held—guilt, regret, frustration—

it doesn’t get to write today’s story.

Live Like It’s True

If His mercy is new this morning…

Then you can:

  • Get up again
  • Try again
  • Trust again
  • Hope again

Not in your strength—but in His faithfulness.

Final Thought

Before the sun came up today… God already decided to be merciful to you again.

You woke up to grace. You opened your eyes to compassion. You stepped into a day already covered in mercy.

So don’t carry what God has already released.

His mercies are new this morning—
and they’re enough for today.
